Service
Serverly provides digital layout and configuration guidance for Discord-style communities. Deliverables are described at checkout. You are responsible for creating and operating your own Discord server in line with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to the policy stated in your order flow and confirmation email.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond what the law requires. We are not responsible for third-party platforms (including Discord) changing features, APIs, or policies.
